Casks come out of the warehouse when the blender says they're ready, not when a calendar says so. It's a slower way to make a blend and a slower way to run a business. It's the only part of this we're precious about.

Serve
Three ways, all of them fine.
Built for a highball as much as a glass on its own. Lemon, ice, soda — or nothing at all.
Neat
A measure in a decent glass. Nothing else. Give it two minutes before the first sip.
Ice
One large cube, not four small ones. Slower melt, less dilution, better whisky for longer.
Long
50ml over ice, topped with soda. Lemon peel if you have it. The house highball.
